If you are considering listing your restaurant on our app, we would like to make sure that your restaurant will be suitable and beneficial to our members. We understand that restaurants are unable to guarantee that no cross contamination will occur, however, members must take necessary steps to reduce this risk.
Does your restaurant meet one or more of the following criteria
- Our restaurant is 100% gluten free
- We stock gluten free products and prepare GF food in a separate area to avoid cross contamination
- We stock gluten free products and prepare GF food in an environment that has been cleaned thoroughly to avoid cross contamination
- We can prepare some of our dishes gluten free and prepare these in a separate area or an area that has been cleaned thoroughly to avoid cross contamination
